Coverage
Our 2-Year Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This policy applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by our 2-Year Warranty Policy:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper installation or assembly
Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos that clearly illustrate the problem
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Remedy
If your claim is approved, TOTEM PREMIUM will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item
- Issue a refund for the purchase price
Please note that the remedy provided will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of replacement parts or products.
Fabric Color Shade Disclaimer
Please note that there may be slight variations in the color shade of fabric materials used in our products. If you decide to add additional elements or accessories in the same fabric at a later date, the fabric color may not be an exact match to your original purchase. These subtle differences in color shade can result from various factors, such as dye lots or manufacturing processes. As this variation is a natural occurrence and not a defect in the fabric or workmanship, it is not covered under our 2-Year Warranty Policy. Please consider this possibility when making additional purchases or customizing your items with the same fabric material.
